HOW DO I BECOME A CFM VENDOR?
New vendor applications and guidelines for the 2024 season(s) are posted and accepted/reviewed on a rolling basis. If you are interested in applying, read more here.

IS THERE A LOST & FOUND AT MARKET?
Lost items are usually returned to the Information Booth so check there if missing an item or email cobblestonefarmersmarket@gmail.com if you discover you’ve lost something after Market hours.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT THE MARKET?
While we love all of our furry friends, dogs and other animals (with the exception of service animals) are NOT permitted inside the Market area. We’re grateful that the Cobblestone Farmers Market continues to grow year-over-year and as we curate our current (and future) Market footprint, our top priority is to create a comfortable and easy space for folks to safely sell and access fresh, healthy food. We ask for your understanding as we implement this policy.

HOW DO I USE “BLANK” PRODUCT?
Ask your vendor for simple preparation ideas or specific recipes and/or stop by the Information Booth for additional ideas on how to use seasonal products! Keep an eye out for more Food Demos at Market throughout the year!

CAN I DROP MY HOME COMPOST AT COBBLESTONE?
YES! Just look for the green bins at Market on Saturday mornings! ALL food scraps and biodegradable compost bags qualify as compostable. Please DO NOT drop compost in plastic bags into the bins. More info on what’s accepted here as well as on signage near the compost bins.

SHOULD I BRING MY OWN BAGS?
Yes! If you happen to forget your own reusable bag, please stop by the CFM Information Booth where we have market bags for purchase! Tote bags are $20 and all proceeds benefit our Food Access Program! We also have a FREE bin of reusable and paper bags that customers have donated.

Beginning in spring of 2018, single use plastics were 80% eliminated from the Cobblestone Farmers Market and over a two year period, we had plans to be 100%* compostable or reusable! The items no longer distributed at the Market are single-use plastic tee shirt style bags, plastic drink cups/tops or straws and plastic prepared food containers. This list will be updated and the Market will work with vendors and customers to continue to increase reuse. *Excluding industry packaging regulations on products such as meat.

NOTE: Due to more stringent protocols being implemented for COVID-19, our zero waste initiative timeline has been altered. We are grateful to our vendors who continue to offer compostable packaging and will update customers when we are able to fully implement the program.

HOW DO I USE MY SNAP/EBT CARD AT MARKET?
SNAP/EBT (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program/Electronic Benefits Transfer) is an electronic system that allows a recipient to authorize transfer of their government benefits from a Federal account to a retailer account to pay for products received.

Please come to our Market Information Booth to access funds from your SNAP/EBT card at the Market. If you choose to withdraw $10.00 or more from your SNAP/EBT card, you will be given an additional $10.00 market match to spend in the form of our market tokens! This match is available every market, once per market, and is fundraised annually through our Food Access Program. Donations accepted year-round. These tokens can be spent at any point during the market season at our year round Saturday Market or our seasonal weekday market. Learn more about using your SNAP/EBT benefits at market.

HOW DO I USE MY FMNP COUPONS AT MARKET?
Please bring your SENIOR FMNP (Farmers Market Nutrition Program) coupons to the Market Information Booth where we will show you how to use your valid coupons and DOUBLE the value of your coupons! For example, for each $5.00 coupon you have, the CFM Food Access Program will give you an additional $5.00 market match to spend in the form of our market tokens! This match is available every market, once per market, and is fundraised annually through our Food Access Program. Donations accepted year-round. Coupons can purchase fruits and vegetables. The additional bucks can be used to purchase fruits, vegetables, meat, cheese, bread and jam.
