Recipe using Buffalo Creek’s Rock House

Sautéed Swiss Chard W/Spring Onions & Green Garlic

One bunch Swiss Chard – dice stems and rough chop leaves
2-3 Spring onions whites and tops — chopped
1 Green garlic bulb or to taste — minced
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Saute onion and chard stems in oil until soft; add garlic and
sauté one minute more.  Add Swiss chard and sauté until
wilted and tender (3-5 minutes).
Top with grated Buffalo Creek Farm and Creamery’s Raw Milk Aged
Rock House Farmstead Goat Cheese
